We’re proud to have created one of the finest gyms in Surrey. It’s founded on the principle that everyone is different, but we are all entitled to maximum fitness and mental health.
You can enjoy ample space to follow your own workout routine or seek guidance from our qualified fitness professionals, who are readily available to provide equipment advice and training tips.




Our state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and fitness facilities include:

At St. George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club, you’ll feel welcome from the very first time you step into the gym. It doesn’t matter whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or you are an experienced gym-goer with many training hours on the clock. Our gym staff and personal trainers are here to help you to get the most from every visit to the gym.
Whether you are a beginner in the gym or more advanced, every member will get a personalised gym programme to match their goals.
We will dedicate our attention to you and ensure you are ready to get started. This includes an introduction to our Technogym machines, the Technogym app and a body composition reading. Our gym team’s personal trainers will create a workout designed around your goals.
Alternatively, if you are an advanced gym goer and would like a programme, you can opt for our fast-track induction and complete a 15 minute health and safety induction. This will also include an introduction to our Technogym app and a body composition reading.
Key features of the gym
The gym features a great range of state-of-the-art exercise machines including treadmills, cross trainers and stepper machines, upright and recumbent bikes, free weights and functional cable machines.
The wide variety of equipment helps to ensure you get a comprehensive workout to develop a range of different muscle areas, plus increase cardio-vascular fitness.
The gym features a dedicated area for stretching and core-work. Our members use it for exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups and crunches. It’s the best way to strengthen the core.
The area is also perfect for the all-important stretching both pre-and-post workout, which can help to prevent injury and aid faster recovery.
The outdoor gym is a brilliant addition to our workout facilities. There are so many benefits to exercising in the fresh air. It’s even thought that you burn more calories while exercising outdoors than inside.

Personal trainers
Our amazing team of personal trainers can teach you how to maximise your time in the gym. Whether you are interested in fitness, cardio health or weight loss, our PT team will work with you to create a plan to meet your goals in a safe, achievable and enjoyable way. All our trainers are fully experienced but we also have specialisms in areas including post-natal and injury rehabilitation.
